From first call to a clean property.
Four steps, and you know what is coming at each one.
Talk it through
Call, text or send the form. Tell us what you see and add photos if you can. When a job needs it, we come and look in person.
Get a written estimate
It lists what is included and why. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Prep and work
We send preparation instructions for every surface on the list. You clear furniture, vehicles and anything movable. Then we work through the surfaces with the method for each.
Walk it, then pay
We check the finished job with you and go over any aftercare. Payment comes after that, and we follow up to make sure you are happy.

Can you clean the whole property in one booking?
Patrick offers coordinated full property cleaning. The scope can include the roof, the house, the driveway, the entryway, the pool deck and the screen cage. Your estimate lists the areas you choose.
Are there fixed package prices?
No. Patrick invites you to ask about full property savings, but there are no fixed tiers. Ask for a written estimate for your actual scope.
Is paver restoration automatically included?
No. Paver cleaning, sanding, sealing and stripping need to be discussed and listed in your estimate. See paver cleaning, sanding and sealing.
Can I arrange regular cleaning after the project?
Yes. Patrick can discuss annual or semiannual cleaning based on what your property needs. The scope and timing are agreed separately. See recurring exterior cleaning.
Will everything be finished in one day?
We do not promise that. How long a full property job takes depends on the surfaces you choose, their size and the weather.
