Patrick Adams is a 5th generation Sarasota native. He owns and runs Patrick's Pressure Washing himself, and he has spent 11 years building it.
Patrick comes out for the estimates and to check on the work. Tiffany runs the office, from the first call to the final bill, and the crew does the washing.
The priority has not changed: show up on time, protect your property, and deliver results you can see immediately.

You get in touch
Call, text or send a message and tell us what needs cleaning.
We talk it through
We ask about the surface, what is on it and how it can be reached. When it needs a look, we inspect it first.
You get a written estimate
Estimates are free, and nothing starts until you approve it.
We schedule and prepare you
You get preparation instructions: clear furniture, decorations, vehicles and movable items. Moving help can be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee.
The crew does the work
Soft wash where a surface needs a gentle method, controlled pressure on hard surfaces, and your plants protected.
We check it with you
A finish check with you before the job is closed.
You get aftercare guidance
Where a surface needs it, such as sealed pavers, you are told what to do and what to avoid while it dries and cures.
Payment, then a follow up
Payment comes after the finish check. Afterward we follow up to make sure you are satisfied.

They carefully protected our trees and bushes, communicated well with each other, and ensured that every speck of mold was off of our roof, soffits and gutters. Patrick and his team earned all 5 stars and if I could give them more, I would. I have had a variety of companies and individuals over the years pressure wash and seal our lanai but no one has taken the time and care to "do it right." There was no rush to complete the job, but rather, spend the time and do it properly. Patrick even came back the next day to again make sure that we were happy with their work AS WELL AS offer to help put our furniture back on to the lanai! MAGNIFICENT work ethic and we will certainly use him and his company in the future.
